Yoga for everyone and every body
Hi there, I’m Nicola — wife, mother to adult humans and fur babies, yoga teacher, space holder, serious mug collector and the heart behind Nicola Jane - Yoga and Wellness.
I didn't know it at the time but my journey into yoga began at a time of deep personal growth and transformation.
What started as simply stepping onto a mat became something so much bigger — a place where I found strength, softness, healing and a deeper understanding of myself.
For me, Yoga is about coming home to yourself. It’s about creating space to breathe, to feel, to slow down and simply be.
I now share that experience through Yoga, Meditation, Mindful Movement and Wellness practices designed to support the mind, body and soul.
My classes are gentle, grounding and welcoming — a space everyone and every body. Somewhere you can show up exactly as you are, without judgement or expectation.

my intention is always the same: to help you reconnect with yourself and leave feeling calmer, softer and more supported than when you arrived.
For me, this work is about creating moments of peace, self-discovery, healing and community.
